Hand Filler is an excellent treatment aimed at restoring dull dry hands as well as tackling fine lines and wrinkles that cause aging ont the back of the hands. Using dermal fillers made of HA, we can address dull skin and improve skin quality in the hands making them appeear firming, hydrated and more youthful.
Hand filler works by injecting dermal fillers, whic are made of hyaluronic acid or HA that attracts and retains moisture as well as increases volume in the hands adding plump, hydration and improved skin elasticity. Dermal fillers are traditionally used in the face however, over the past few years, body fillers have become increasingly popular due to its immediate results with minimal downtime and cost. Another alternative to hand filler is skin boosters or PDRN for the hands. We offer both at VIVA skin clinics starting from £149 for boths hands.
Results for hand filler is immediate and will last up to 8 months. However, this is not a permanent treatent and will require additional future treatments to maintain the results. We reommend 1-2 hand dermal filler treatments a year or 3 sessions of skin boosters for the hands per year for healthy hydrated hands.
For most patients hand filler is a relatively tolerable treatment, we use topical numbing cream for the procedure to make it as comfortable as possible. The products injected also contain a numbing agent to help improve patient comfort.
