What is VIVA CLUB?
VIVA CLUB is the membership programme at VIVA Skin Clinics. It’s designed for clients who want to look after their skin long term, whether that’s a regular skin treatment, a top-up, or a new treatment you’ve been thinking about for a while.
Every treatment at VIVA is carried out by our experienced nurses and doctors. Membership doesn’t change that standard of care; it simply makes it easier and better value to keep coming back. We want to reward our loyal clients on their journey to better skin.

The headline benefit is simple: 10% off all treatments when you book as a member through the VIVA app. That discount applies across our full menu, so the more you look after your skin, the more you save.

The VIVA app is where your membership lives. Alongside your 10% member discount, it lets you:

- Complete your guest form before your visit (it’s required before every appointment, and the app makes it quick)

A quick reminder: we ask for 48 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment, otherwise a £75 charge applies. The app makes it easy to rearrange in good time.
How to join VIVA CLUB
Joining takes a couple of minutes:

- Download the VIVA app and create your account.

- Go to our online Web booking portal. Click the menu and select Membership.

- Complete the enrollment form and pay £1.

- Sign the membership agreement.

- Book your treatment (or a free consultation) from the VIVA app and your 10% member discount applies.

Frequently asked questions
Does the 10% discount apply to every treatment? Yes. VIVA CLUB members get 10% off all treatments when booking through the VIVA app.
Can I use my membership at any VIVA clinic? You can book at Fitzrovia, Chelsea or Tunbridge Wells, and at Weybridge once it opens in November 2026.
Can I book by phone or WhatsApp? All bookings are made online, through the VIVA app or our booking page. For anything else, call us on 02037 332199 (Mon–Fri 10am–7pm, Sat 10am–4pm).
Can I still use a payment plan as a member? Yes, payment plans are available on treatments.
