The tear troughs are area between our lower eyelids and upper cheek. Tear trough hollowing is one of the earliest ageing changes and often is a result of losing collagen.

Tear trough filler treatment involves numbing the tear trough area with a topical anaesthetic and then injecting the area with dermal filler, which works to boost collagen production and replace the lost volume in that area. The treatment will normally involve an in-depth consultation beforehand, outlining any possible risks and then the treatment itself will take under 30 minutes.
Yes, tear trough fillers produce very natural-looking results. As opposed to looking like you have had any aesthetic treatments done, you will look younger, healthier and refreshed!
On average tear trough fillers can last anywhere between 6 and 9 months. The expected longevity of your fillers will also depend on the specific brand, your metabolism and other factors. We always recommend patients book in for maintenance treatments every 6 months.
